Q. Can I pay with my credit card? Note: this facility will be available soon!
A. Yes. Most major credit and debit cards are supported, including Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard. American Express, Diners Club, Solo, Switch, Delta and JCB cards will be added soon. Remember that your payment is secure because of SSL encryption both on our web site and our WorldPay payment gateway.
Q. Can I use my credit card for offline purchases? Note: this facility will be available soon!
A. Yes. You can use your credit or debit cards to place
orders offline via mail, fax and telephone. For fax
orders simply print out the offline order form, fill
it in and fax it to us. Alternatively, you can mail
us the offline order form or call us on the telephone.
Q. How do I pay for my purchase?
A. You can choose from four payment methods:
1) Payment by Cheque
2) Payment by Direct Deposit/Internet Transfer
Payment by Cheque:
Cheque payments are the least favourable method of payment
as they require a lot more time to process and therefore
you as the client will be delayed. Cheques have to be
mailed to us which may take up to two weeks for delivery.
Next, in order for the cheque to be cleared, our bank
may send the cheque back to your bank by mail for clearance.
Then only will we be able to supply you with your unique
activation code.
Payment by Direct Deposit/Internet Transfer:
You can pay by Direct Deposit/Internet Transfer which
is highly recommended as it only takes about 48 hours
for payment to reflect and therefore, for you to receive
your unique activation code. However, this option may
require you to physically go to your bank to authorize
payment by wire transfer (unless you can do it online).
Your bank will then transfer funds from your bank account
by wire transfer to our bank account.
