Q. What happens if my engineering support units
run out? Do I need to purchase another User Support
License?
A. Once your engineering support units are exhausted
you can simply recharge your current User Support License
by purchasing additional units. You do not have to purchase
another user support license. You can recharge your
existing User Support License as often as you like during
the period of subscription (1 year).
Q Will I still be getting technical support
after my engineering support units are exhausted?
A. Yes, most definitely. You are entitled to full technical
support during your subscription period of 1 year whether
you have engineering support units available or not.
Q. What happens at the end of my 1 year user
support subscription?
A. Your user support subscription is automatically terminated.
However, you will still be entitled to receive the appropriate
discounts should you wish to upgrade to a newer version
of CandeCAD Pro in future. Also, you can purchase a new
user support subscription for another year or receive
both technical and engineering support on a per-incident
basis.
Q. Can I transfer engineering support units
over to the next year or to a new user support subscription?
A. No, unfortunately not. Once your user support subscription
terminates one year after its date of activation, any
remaining engineering support units (if any) are automatically
terminated.
