Web Site is confidential and will not be sold, licensed
or given away to any external source.
We receive various types of information from Users
who access this Website. This information includes personal
information of the User. Although we make every effort
to protect all information received, the Internet is
not a secure medium and any communication may be intercepted
or forged. We will not be responsible for any damage
any party may suffer due to the transmission of any
confidential information received by any party.
Software Return/Cancellation Policy:
Our limited warranty is given in our Software License
Agreement which each new user has to read. It states
that at our option we will attempt to correct errors
or work around it, to replace defective media and documentation
or to refund the license fee and terminate the license
within 90 days of purchase. Following the 90-day period,
SSIS MI will replace any defective media in return for
payment of an amount that covers the cost of replacement
plus a fee for handling and shipment.
Other than this SSIS MI will not refund any software
purchase including software updates.
User Support License Cancellation Policy:
Each user support license will remain in effect for
a period of 12 months from the day of purchase. After
this period it will automatically terminate unless the
subscriber wants to extend his/her support license by
purchasing another 12 month user support license. There
will be no refund for subscribers who wish to terminate
the user support license early. Special grievances or
