The Bronze Subscription is our entry level customer
service plan designed for the experienced user
of CandeCAD Pro.
WHO SHOULD CONSIDER
A BRONZE SUBSCRIPTION?
You should consider a Bronze Subscription if
you want unlimited access to technical support
services but only limited access to engineering
support services.
A Bronze Subscription provides a good introduction
to the ClientAssist program, and may be a comfortable
fit for all technicians and engineers, both experienced
and inexperienced.
WHAT DOES THE BRONZE
SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDE?
CandeCAD Pro and Help File CD
· Receive a CD containing the
version of CandeCAD Pro and Help File of your downloaded
program at an additional charge of $50.
New Versions and Maintenance Releases
· Notification by mail, e-mail
or fax of new versions and maintenance releases
of CandeCAD Pro.
· Access to download any new maintenance
versions of CandeCAD Pro free
· Receive a CD containing the new software
for an additional charge of $50 per release
Support Services
· Access to Technical Support
Specialists for an unlimited number of Technical
Support incidents.
· Access to Engineering Support Specialists
for up to 1.5 hours (6 units at 15 minutes each)
of engineering support per year. Minimum charge
for engineering support is 1 unit.
· Guaranteed response within 48 hours upon
receipt of the query
