You can place your order by following 6 simple
steps as outlined below.
The procedure further allows you to select and purchase
any of the three User Support License (USL) subscription
levels. You can also recharge your existing subscription
by purchasing additional Engineering Support units or,
if you are not a registered USL subscriber you can pre-pay
for Per-Incident Support.

Step 1: Login
Existing clients can login using their Username and
Password. New clients need to fill out the form to become
a registered member of the web site.
Step 2: Select Products
Select the products you would like to purchase by changing
the quantity column next to each product. Note that
multiple copy discounts are calculated automatically.
Note, to recharge your existing subscription with more
Engineering Support units, you will have to purchase
a minimum of 5 units (minimum cost of $125).
Step 3: Select Payment Method

Payment by Cheque:
Cheque payments are the least favourable method of payment
as they require a lot more time to process and therefore
you as the client will be delayed. Cheques have to be
mailed to us which may take up to two weeks for delivery.
Next, in order for the cheque to be cleared, our bank
may send the cheque back to your bank by mail for clearance.
Then only will we be able to supply you with your unique
activation code.
Payment by Direct Deposit/Internet Transfer:
You can pay by Direct Deposit/Internet Transfer which
is highly recommended as it only takes about 48 hours
for payment to reflect and therefore, for you to receive
your unique activation code. However, this option may
require you to physically go to your bank to authorize
payment by wire transfer (unless you can do it online).
Your bank will then transfer funds from your bank account
by wire transfer to our bank account.
Step 4: View Order
Select “Proceed” to view your order. You
may go back to Steps 2 or 3 by clicking on “Back”
on the navigation bar should you wish to change your
order (i.e., select a different User Support License
or change the number of CandeCAD Pro licenses).
Step 5: Place Order
Select “Place Order” to confirm placement
of your order. If you selected payment by Cheque or
Direct Deposit/Internet Transfer you will be prompted
to fax us proof of payment at your earliest convenience.
Step 6: Return to Web Site
Once the order is placed you can proceed to download
the software followed by installing it. Click on “Installation
Instructions” for complete instructions for installing
and activating CandeCAD Pro or click on “Download
Now” to download the CandeCAD Pro executable to your
computer.
For Per-Incident Support simply supply us with your
Reference Number (given to you when your order is placed)
and faxed proof of payment to receive professional engineering
and technical support.
